HUNDRED($100) U.S. dollars, exclusive of shipping
charges. For orders under $100 U.S. dollars, we will
automatically add the difference to meet the minimum
order amount.
Shipping charges will be 10% of the order total for
orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Customers: Shipping
charges for orders outside the contiguous U.S. will be
communicated upon receipt of order. The following
